Turbo Fire Schedule

Turbo Fire workout is a 20 week program with 12 different workouts that targets fat burning and weight loss. The workouts are based on hip hop dance moves with some kick boxing set to some up beat music. The workouts are very fun and not boring and it usually goes with the beat of the music. The workouts mostly are cardio which avoids weights and uses plyometrics to provide the calorie burn.

Turbo Fire has the combination of the music, the energy from the class, and the High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) “fire drills”. You’ll workout for 1 minute intervals with short periods of rest in between, this way it can up your metabolism and you can burn 9 to 10 times more than standard cardio. The afterburn will keep on burning calories for up to 24 hours after you work out.
